Thank you for shopping with PawGuard! We're so excited for you and your pet to receive your new camera. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

We are pleased to offer simple, flat-rate shipping to our customers in Belgium and across the European Union. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• European Union:

  • Standard EU Shipping (€7.95)

  • Estimated 7-12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, shipping times can be affected by holidays, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this number to check your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs and Import Taxes

PawGuard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Being honest about potential customs fees is important for building trust.

Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
